Refund policy
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below which are set out below in accordance with all relevant UK laws including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through Marqforde Aerospace. Therefore, we operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to report a problem with your order and request a Refund, Store Credit or Replacement item.ย ย ย
This only applies where an item is:
1) Eligible for a refund, store credit or replacement (see โEligible Itemsโ)
2) In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3) Returned by the person who placed the Order.

In most cases we are required to charge a handling fee to recover administrative & return shipping costs.ย

ELIGIBLE ITEMS
All products sold on our store are considered Eligible Items, unless they are personalised for you. Personalisation includes any special instructions you may have provided during the checkout process.ย ย ย
The only exception to this, is where any Personalised items are:
- Proven to be defective or faulty, or,
- Do not match the product specifications and descriptions, or,
- Are not fit for the purpose intended, whether for personal use, gifting, or display
If thereโs something wrong with your order, or you have received the wrong item(s), please contact us andย provide further information on your order and request.
REFUNDS
Refunds are offered only to customers that receive damaged/mislabelled/faulty/defective items, or, who give instruction to cancel an order prior to it being sent for manufacture and fulfillment.ย
To report a problem with your order, please contact us andย provide further information on your order and refund request.ย Once reviewed, will do everything we can to help find a solution.
If your request is approved, we will Refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the Return (where applicable),ย and youโll be automatically Refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.ย
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the Refund too. ย If more than 15 business days have passed since weโve approved your Refund, please contact us at enquiries@marqforde-aerospace.comย ย
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, not fit for purpose, or if you receive the wrong item. Please refer to our โEligible Itemsโ to determine which items can be returned.ย
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us andย provide further information on your order and request.ย Once reviewed, will do everything we can to help find a solution.ย

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
We aim to process order requests within 1 business day or sooner.ย Once your order has been processed, it is sent for manufacture & fulfilment on demand to our suppliers.ย This means when you place an order, it is created specifically to meet your order request and requirements.ย
We do not stock inventory or items in a warehouse and all goods sold by us are therefore considered exempt from cancellation & modification once sent for manufacture & fulfilment.ย Therefore, you must notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order by contacting us at enquiries@marqforde-aerospace.com.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct information including correct delivery address, personalisation details and any other information relating to your order. Where you have made a mistake, or require a modification, please contact us immediately at enquiries@marqforde-aerospace.com and we will try to resolve this for you.ย ย ย
Right to Change Your Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to cancel your order you have the right to do this and we will issue you with a refund to your original payment method, with the following exception:
If your order has already been sent for manufacture & fulfilment by the time you have notified us via email, we cannot issue you with a refund as your order request has been carried out.ย ย ย ย
If you cancel your purchase after this point and your order is delivered to the address you provided, please contact us andย provide further information on your order and request.ย You must return the items at the return address provided within 7 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel.
Modifying Your Order
If you require any changes to your order immediately after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible via email at enquiries@marqforde-aerospace.com and we will confirm if the changes can be made.
We can not accept any modifications for orders which have already been sent for manufacture & fulfilment and we cannot issue you with a refund in this circumstance as your order request has been carried out.ย
