What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit & credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.
You can find all supported payment types during checkout but if your chosen payment type is not available, please contact us.
Do you have a store that I can visit?
Not at the moment. We only sell online via our website although you may in the near future see us out and about again at events/fairs !
Who does all of your aircraft photography?
All of our aircraft photography is done by Mubashar (Mubzi) Sapru. Mubzi has been capturing pictures of aircraft from a very young age and loves to talk about his passion with anyone.

What camera equipment do you use?
Mubzi has so far used exclusively Nikon equipment for professional purposes but variety is the spice of life after all, and he loves to get hands on with any brand of technology !

Would you be able to print my pictures for me?
We don't offer printing of personal photography.
Would you be able to sell my pictures for me?
We are most definitely interested in speaking with fellow aviation enthusiasts & photographer's looking for a route to market - please get in touch with us.

Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently ship to the UK & Northern Ireland only.

Would it be possible to get my items any faster?
If only everyone could offer an Amazon Prime style service right?! We get it...nobody likes waiting!
Whilst we're not Amazon, what we can promise you is that we'll always try to get you the fastest delivery options without compromising on quality.
Our average delivery time is 5 - 6 business days and you can find delivery estimates on each product page.
By choosing to shop with us you're making an eco-friendly choice as everything is made to order - it just means holding in your excitement that little bit longer before your items arrive!

Which shipping providers do you use?
We aim to use reliable and reputable shipping providers including but not limited to: Royal Mail, DPD and DHL.
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
Please allow 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch to receive your item. If it still hasn't arrived then contact us and we will investigate further.
My order says ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In summary:
- We do not offer refunds and exchanges on personalised items unless they are: damaged, defective, not as described or not fit for purpose - see 'Eligible Items' in our Refund Policy
- For all Eligible Items we operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return for the purpose of a Refund, Store Credit or Exchange

How can I request a Refund or Return?
If you're not satisfied with your Order, simply head to our Returns portal and enter your Order number and e-mail address.
Then follow the steps and provide the information requested and we will get back to you as soon as posisble.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order by contacting us via phone, chat or email, provided we have not initiated manufacture & fulfilment for your order, or dispatched the relevant items to you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Marqforde Aerospace is based in the UK.
The UK's Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 (which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations) outlines the various rights consumers have when it comes to cancelling orders which aren't required.
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013, tailor-made or personalised items are exempt from consumers right to cancel.
All our products (unless otherwise stated), are made on demand. We do not hold stock or inventory and each product is made to specifications requested when you place an order.
No order would exist unless this personalised commission was provided.
Any cancellations and subsequent refunds, exchanges or store credit which fall outside the circumstances described above are provided solely at our discretion.
My clothes have arrived but do not fit me, what should I do?
Please ensure you check our sizing guides before you place your order. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please contact us and we would be happy to help guide you.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at enquiries@marqforde-aerospace.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll help try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Where do I return my order to?
Once your request for a return has been approved via the Returns portal, you will be provided with an address to returns your item(s) to.
